Assistant Finance Manager

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Assistant Finance Manager in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities and ensure accurate maintenance of books and records. Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Ensure compliance with applicable VAT, Zakat, tax, and other statutory financial requirements in Saudi Arabia. Monitor manufacturing-related accounting, including costs, inventory transactions, accruals, and financial controls. Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, provisions, and month-end closing activities. Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting processes. Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, tax advisers, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters. Strengthen financial controls and ensure accounting transactions comply with established policies and procedures. Required Skills Manufacturing Accounting: Strong understanding of accounting processes in a manufacturing environment. VAT, Zakat & Tax: Excellent working knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat, and applicable taxation requirements. Financial Accounting: Proven capability in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and review financial statements and management reports. Compliance & Controls: Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory compliance, and accounting procedures. Preferred Skills Construction accounting exposure. Cost accounting and manufacturing cost-control knowledge. Experience working in a senior finance function within a manufacturing organization. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must have 8–10 years of professional experience. Strong experience in Manufacturing and/or Construction Accounting is required, with demonstrated exposure to financial accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance activities.
