We are looking for a Contract (Associate) Product Manager to join our Travel product team and support Staff Product Manager in driving product delivery.
 
This role focuses on feature ownership and project management, working closely with Engineering, Design, and User Research to drive the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized product features that solve well-defined user problems with clear solutions, and ship high-quality product improvements.
 
The contract length of this role will be 6 months.

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized product features that solve well-defined user problems with clear solution paths.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and User Research to help translate requirements and designs into shipped features.
  • Assist in validating feature outcomes by tracking basic success metrics and user feedback.

  • Project Management & Execution
  • Help coordinate day-to-day execution across Engineering and Design to keep feature delivery on track.
  • Support planning, progress tracking, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Learn to manage dependencies and communicate status clearly with guidance from senior team members.
  • Able to commit 6-month, full-time for this role in Shenzhen.
  • 1-2 years of Product Management experience in B2C products. Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in professional English.
  • BA/BS in a technical discipline and Computer Science or related majors.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with others.
  • Experience supporting requirement gathering and helping document product or technical requirements under guidance.
  • Be able to work across teams to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills and ability to multitask.
  • Self-driven, independent with a commitment to excellence.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
  • Exposure to writing PRDs or working in an Agile product development environment.
  • Experience with UI/UX design and usability.
  • Interest in Travel, e-commerce, or consumer-facing products.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering or Design teams.
