  • Execute commercial rate setups and complex requirements by assessing system capabilities, recommending solutions, and articulating trade-offs

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of merchant requirements and ensure quality through effective validation checks

  • Monitor operational performance metrics, identify trends, and drive corrective actions

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, collaborating with relevant teams and ensuring end-to-end resolution

  • Adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, and business needs while maintaining efficiency

  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of SOPs and workflows

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations or merchant support, e-commerce, or fintech experience is a plus

  • Strong understanding of operational KPIs with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • High attention to detail. Solid grasp of SOPs and internal system capabilities, with the ability to identify gaps and contribute to process improvements 

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Able to recommend solutions to meet commercial asks based on system capabilities. 

  • Effective communicator with stakeholder management and escalation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, basic dashboards) and SQL

  • Adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies

  • Strong interest in and use of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance workflows and drive operational efficiency
