Art Director - UI/UX Brand Designer - Web3 Expertise

The Role Siddha Privacy, Inc. is seeking a talented and dynamic Brand and Visual Design Lead to spearhead our design initiatives during a pivotal period of new product launches. In this role, you will shape Siddha s visual identity by combining brand development expertise with strong visual design to effectively engage users. We have an initial product MVP that needs to be developed ASAP, requiring a commitment of 3 months full-time. You will oversee the design of user experiences that foster trust and engagement with both blockchain-native and traditional finance audiences.  This position requires a blend of creative leadership, hands-on design execution, and a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape. What Were Building Liquidity Rails for Modern Finance Siddha is building a new financial platform powered by smart contracts to simplify access to liquidity. Our mission is to deploy autonomous financial bridges that transform corporate receivables, treasuries, and equities into liquid, tradable assets.   At the heart of our product is an enterprise marketplace for tokenized debt, allowing any SME to access a unique platform that transforms debt into a high-frequency trading business. This enables faster, cheaper funding compared to traditional methods. Our first-of-its-kind API rails empower SMEs to instantly convert receivables into the blockchain equivalent of cash. What You ll Be Responsible For: • Brand Leadership: Define and maintain Siddha s visual identity, crafting a polished and iconic brand that resonates with SMEs, Web3 communities, and institutional partners. • UX/UI Design Excellence: Design intuitive, cutting-edge interfaces for our tokenization platform, dashboards, and applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. • Creative Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to design engaging campaigns that merge the Web3 aesthetic with traditional finance. • Design Innovation: Ensure designs align with functional and technical goals in collaboration with product and engineering teams. What You ll Work On (First 90 Days): • Marketplace Launch: Focus on finalizing and shipping the marketplace, refining user experience and functionality. • Brand Development: Oversee all aspects of Siddha s brand and visual design, ensuring consistency in the aesthetic aligned with marketplace goals. • High-Quality Visual Content: Create and maintain brand guidelines, producing essential visual content tailored for the marketplace. • User Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for gathering user feedback to iterate on the marketplace design and functionality quickly. Required Qualifications Brand and Design Mastery: 7+ years in branding, UX/UI, or product design, showcasing end-to-end design management with a solid portfolio of successful brand initiatives. Marketplace Expertise: Proven track record in designing digital marketplaces with a deep understanding of user needs and marketplace dynamics. Web3 Expertise Required: Extensive knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and blockchain culture, with the ability to apply this understanding effectively in design. Strategic Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, adept at guiding teams and aligning design trends with executive vision.
