We ve closed our pre-seed and seed rounds backed by some of the most influential investors in the United States. Our core team is small but incredibly strong, combining proven expertise in DeFi, cryptography, and enterprise finance. We have huge ambitions—aiming to reach unicorn status within 24 months and then pursue an IPO. We believe great ideas are priceless, and we re looking for people who have them—individuals who understand that radical change only happens at the extremes. The Role We re installing an AgentOps Lead to operate as the systems architect for autonomous capital capture.   “Build and operate the system that lets agents route capital.” You will design, orchestrate, and deploy fully autonomous workflows that identify, extract, validate, and tokenize enterprise receivables—turning documents into deployable capital without humans. You ll build agent-first infrastructure that: Pulls documents from inboxes, ERPs, and APIs Extracts structured metadata Scores risk and creditworthiness Routes capital to liquidity pools Kicks off smart contract execution You are installing economic agents into the infrastructure. Building for AI Agents AI agents are rapidly becoming the new financial users—executing liquidity calls, parsing contracts, reading documentation, and deploying working capital. Siddha is designed to be callable by them. Structured APIs, smart token logic, and frictionless onboarding mean agents don t need help—they need access. We provide it. Key Responsibilities Build agent-based workflows that: Ingest purchase orders Parse invoices Score risk Tokenize assets Route to smart contracts for settlement Replace human bottlenecks in GTM, ops, onboarding, KYC, credit scoring, and liquidity allocation Architect a multi-agent operating loop: Intake → Decision → Action → Settlement Operate our AI stack (LLMs, vector search, prompt chaining, decision agents) Stand up dynamic agents across OpenAI, Zapier, CrewAI, LangGraph, and API layers Coordinate with product and engineering to deploy autonomous onboarding as a system feature, not a service Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience building autonomous agent flows Proficiency with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, ReAct, CrewAI) Deep familiarity with prompt engineering, API tooling, and chain-of-thought flows History of shipping agentic systems that replaced human functions Strong systems thinking:  operate in loops, not dashboards Ability to move fast and build autonomously Bonus: understanding of receivables, liquidity protocols, payments, or underwriting What Success Looks Like 1,000+ SMBs onboarded with no human interaction Autonomous agents drive >50% of all receivable intake Liquidity deployment happens 24/7 without internal tickets Siddha becomes a protocol for agents—not just users ______________________________ Everyone on our team is located in Los Angeles and works together in-person. Ideally, we re looking for someone who enjoys in-person work and is already in Los Angeles or willing to relocate (we can cover relocation costs). For senior candidates who are an exceptional fit, we d consider a remote position as long as you re available to onboard in-person for the first few months.
