CNA Training Program

Sidney Health Center is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program for individuals interested in learning the skills and knowledge required to pursue CNA certification. This program is educational in nature and is designed to prepare participants for CNA coursework and competency requirements. Completion of this program does not guarantee employment with Sidney Health Center.

The CNA Training Program provides structured instruction through a combination of online learning and in-class training. The program is intended to introduce participants to the principles of patient care in a hospital environment, including long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, and end-of-life support.

Participants in the CNA Training Program are expected to:

• Complete all required online and in-class instruction
• Follow all safety, health, and facility protocols during training
• Demonstrate the ability to successfully complete the CNA training curriculum

• No prior healthcare experience required
• Ability to pass Human Resources pre-hire screenings

This CNA Training Program is intended for individuals interested in education and skill development. Participation in the program does not constitute employment, nor does successful completion guarantee a position with Sidney Health Center.
