■職務内容 / Job Description:
PlayStationプラットフォームのゲームパッケージング、およびコンテンツ配信を担うバックエンドシステムのサーバ用ソフトウェア(Amazon Linux)の開発を行います。
要件分析・設計・実装・開発者テスト・不具合解析から関連する開発者のサポートまでを担当していただきます。
自分の手でソフトウェアを開発し、それを幅広い領域で実際の製品やサービスに使ってもらうことができます。

■組織・職場紹介 / About team and organization:
PlayStationのゲーム SDKおよびサブミッションシステムにおけるゲームパッケージやゲームディスクの作成、検証やコンテンツ保護のための暗号処理機能、差分配信機能や差分納品機能など、
ゲームバイナリに関するコンテンツパイプラインに関するソフトウエアの開発、およびそれに必要なサーバインフラの一部の構築・運用を担当しています。
PlayStationシステムソフトウェア開発者のみならず、サーバチーム、海外チーム、商品企画、デベロッパーサポートなど様々な部署と連携して開発を行っています。
主要なユーザは世界各国のゲーム開発者であり、業界随一のゲーム開発環境を提供し続けていくのが使命です。
課員は7名と業務委託・契約社員が4名の規模で業務についています。
自分たちの手でコアコンピタンスになるソフトウェアの開発を行いますので、ハイレベルなエンジニアとしてキャリアを積むことができます。
海外のチーム(主にUS, UK)との協業も多くグローバルに活動していますので、ワールドワイドで活躍していただくことが可能です。

■求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications:

【必須（MUST）】
・C++でのソフトウェア開発経験 (目安5年以上の実務経験)
・開発プラットフォーム：Linux(必須) および Windowsまたは組み込みシステムのいずれか一方

スキル/技術領域
・デザインパターン・オブジェクト指向プログラミング
・高信頼のcodeが書けること
・正確な要件分析ができること
・RFC等のspecを短期間で理解できること

【歓迎（WANT）】
・サーバの構築・運用経験(オンプレサーバであれば尚可) (3年程度～)
・暗号分野における基礎知識
・セキュリティ全般の知識
・Javaあるいはスクリプト言語(python等)の知識・経験
・LinuxあるいはWindowsのシステム構築・運用経験

【語学力 / Language Skills】
・TOEIC 700点以上目安
・英語によるコミュニケーション（メール、電話会議、海外出張）、英語で記述された技術資料の読解が必要です
・日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上
