Sign Builder / Sign Fabricator

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sign Builder / Fabricator to join our production team. This role is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of custom commercial signage and graphics. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, follows detailed specifications, and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble a variety of signs including dimensional signs, channel letters, monument signs, banners, and custom displays.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret work orders, shop drawings, and production specifications.
• Prepare materials for installation, including trimming, assembly, and packaging.
• Assist with vinyl application, painting, finishing, and quality control processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist installation teams as needed.
• Complete project documentation and production records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of fabrication, woodworking, metalworking, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to read and follow production drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
