Branch Operations Manager

At Dave's World, we're looking for an organized, energetic leader to oversee the daily operations of our branch. As our Branch Operations Manager, you'll keep the office running smoothly, support our field teams, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

• →Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while supporting the Regional Manager.
• →Oversee the Customer Service, Dispatch, Installation, Service, Plumbing, and Electrical teams.
• →Recruit, train, coach, and develop office staff while creating a positive, accountable culture.
• →Keep the installation calendar full and ensure service and installation schedules are optimized for efficiency.
• →Coordinate technician workloads and maintain dispatch procedures to maximize productivity.
• →Schedule sales consultations and installations while partnering with the sales team.
• →Respond to customer concerns and ensure every customer receives a five-star experience.
• →Collect customer payments and assist with financing applications when needed.
• →Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• →Reconcile invoices for parts, materials, and office supplies.
• →Coordinate fleet and van maintenance to keep technicians on the road.
• →Monitor branch performance, report key metrics, and help drive revenue and operational goals.
• →Maintain an organized, professional office environment and ensure administrative functions are completed accurately and on time.

• 3+ years of management experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home services industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and terminology—you should be comfortable speaking with customers and supporting technicians.
• Experience leading customer service, dispatch, and office operations.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, invoicing, and operational reporting.
• ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and driving results.
