Boston Standard is looking for an experienced Dispatcher who can keep technicians productive, communicate effectively with customers, and help deliver a five-star service experience every day.

• →Dispatch and route HVAC service technicians for maximum efficiency
• →Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments throughout the day
• →Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and technician arrival times
• →Coordinate with technicians to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
• →Manage work orders and scheduling through ServiceTitan
• →Maintain accurate customer and job information
• →Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Experience dispatching in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry
• ServiceTitan experience is required
• Strong understanding of skilled trades scheduling and dispatch operations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
