Weekend Dispatcher

Oceanside Services is a growing residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company committed to providing exceptional service to homeowners. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Weekend Dispatcher to support our service team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is a part-time position working weekends, with the opportunity to work from home following the completion of training.

• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Part-Time Position

• →Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• →Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
• →Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules and customer needs
• →Manage emergency calls and prioritize service requests
• →Update customer information and job notes in company software
• →Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
• →Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
• →Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency

• Previous dispatching, customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and multiple screens
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry experience is a plus
