Pay: $40 - $50/hr. + commissions and bonuses!

As an Adam Mechanical Drain Cleaning Technician your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning drains using provided machinery
Using electric snakes, high-velocity water jets, and sewer cameras for inspecting drain lines
Fixing frozen lines and steam thaw during the winter months
Repairing underground sewers and drains using excavation methods
Regularly communicating with Plumbing Coordinator where you are, where you've been, and where you are going
Properly selecting invoice tasks, complete all necessary forms, complete invoice summary, and debrief call with Plumbing Coordinator
Recommending memberships, repairs, upgrades, and replacements when it is in the best interest of the customer
Collecting payment for services rendered at time of service
Inputting or updating all customer equipment data into CRM
Utilizing all pertinent marketing materials (stickers, tags, handouts, forms, etc.)
Ensuring your truck stock is replenished and your truck bin is empty
Confirming time sheets on tablet
Cleaning vehicle (inside and out)
Attending Team meetings
Attending company provided training classes
Staying up to date on all company sales promotions
Conducting a vehicle inspection
Inventorying truck stock
We look for candidates that possess the following:
Ideally, 3+ years of plumbing or drain cleaning experience
A professional, amicable demeanor
Ability to work well under pressure
Organization and attention to detail
Attentiveness and patience
Time management
Basic computer (tablet) skills
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift/carry items up to 75 lbs.
