That growth has opened the door for a Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team in Manassas, VA. Perform residential air duct and vent cleaning using professional-grade equipment

Inspect duct systems for dust, debris, and airflow issues

Explain findings to homeowners clearly and professionally

Educate customers on indoor air quality and system cleanliness

Recommend additional services when appropriate (dryer vent cleaning, IAQ solutions, UV lights, etc.)

Maintain a clean and professional work environment inside customers’ homes

Accurately complete job documentation and close out work orders

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Duct cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience preferred, but not required

Willingness to learn — paid training provided

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces

Ability to lift equipment and perform physical, hands-on work

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Familiarity with National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards and best practices preferred; willingness to learn and train to industry standards required

$18–$20 per hour base pay, plus performance-based bonuses for additional earning potential
