That growth has opened the door for a Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team in Manassas, VA.   • Perform residential air duct and vent cleaning using professional-grade equipment
  • Inspect duct systems for dust, debris, and airflow issues
  • Explain findings to homeowners clearly and professionally
  • Educate customers on indoor air quality and system cleanliness
  • Recommend additional services when appropriate (dryer vent cleaning, IAQ solutions, UV lights, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment inside customers’ homes
  • Accurately complete job documentation and close out work orders
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Duct cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn — paid training provided
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces
  • Ability to lift equipment and perform physical, hands-on work
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Familiarity with National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards and best practices preferred; willingness to learn and train to industry standards required
  • $18–$20 per hour base pay, plus performance-based bonuses for additional earning potential
  • Steady, year-round work (no seasonal slowdowns)

  • Company vehicle, tools, and professional equipment provided
  • Opportunity to advance into HVAC Install or HVAC Service roles, with company-provided training and development
