Data Governance Analyst

• →Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• →Monitor and assess data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems and business units.
• →Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
• →Support compliance initiatives related to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• →Assist in creating data catalogs, metadata management, and data lineage documentation.
• →Provide guidance and training to teams on best practices in data governance and management.

• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
• Proficiency with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation) and data cataloging solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise across business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.

• Knowledge of data lineage, master data management (MDM), and data stewardship processes.
• Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data security frameworks.
