We are seeking a End User Support on behalf of our client. As a key member of the application support team, you will ensure a seamless user experience by providing first and second-line support. This role is crucial in troubleshooting, ticket management, and user assistance to enhance operational efficiency. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, a structured approach to issue resolution, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user service.

Responsibilities

  • Hardware & Software Support: Assist with device setup, software updates, and troubleshooting endpoint devices (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
  • Escalation & Coordination: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or external vendors while ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Proactive Issue Identification: Monitor systems for potential issues and create tickets to address them before they impact users.
  • Incident Management: Receive, prioritize, categorize, and resolve user-reported IT issues.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an end-user support, help desk, or IT support role.
  • Experience working in a corporate IT environment supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
  • Exposure in Banking Enviroment would be an asset.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
