System Engineer

• →Design, implementation, operation, and support of enterprise data center infrastructure
• →Administration and support of: Physical and virtual servers, Enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS), Fibre Channel (FC), switching Hypervisors and virtualization platforms
• →Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of infrastructure platforms
• →Participation in capacity planning, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives
• →Ensure high availability, resilience, security, and compliance of systems in line with banking standards
• →Maintain and follow operational procedures, documentation, and change management processes
• →Create and deliver technical documentation, proposals, and presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners
• →Oversee project and resource planning from initiation through successful completion

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise data center environments
• Strong technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure environments
• Solid understanding of IT service management, change control, and operational governance
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, management, and third-party vendors
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured information
