Business Analyst

• →Collaborate with business units to identify, document, and validate requirements for banking projects.
• →Analyze processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• →Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• →Support project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including testing and user acceptance.
• →Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• →Assist in maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal control standards.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, requirement documentation, and UAT coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with banking software platforms (e.g., core banking, payments, or risk systems).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
