At Silverstripe, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Lead, ideally based in Wellington (though Auckland candidates will be considered), who thrives on building strong client relationships and creating value through Silverstripe’s digital capabilities.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll be a key player in our Client Service and Sales Team, expertly identifying and closing new business opportunities with both new and existing clients. Your ability to consistently deliver as a trusted advisor, enabling our clients to achieve their digital ambitions through understanding their pain points and helping craft solutions that exceed expectations.

What you'll be doing:
- Identify and secure new business from both new and existing clients
- Rallying clients; inspiring and motivating others to take action.
What you’ll bring:
- You're comfortable in a client best practice environment, navigating the entire sales lifecycle from leading RFPs, researching and qualifying opportunities, to skillfully managing and closing deals.
- You’ll have a strong technical sales/Saas background and can bridge the gap between complex technical solutions capabilities and business value.
- You possess a strong desire to understand business needs and articulate how our cutting-edge products can provide solutions.
- You're an exceptional relationship builder with solid stakeholder management skills, capable of forging lasting connections with both internal and external clients
- You have proven experience working effectively with a variety of client levels,
- You're a confident presenter, a skilled negotiator, and a valuable contributor to pre-sales documents.
What skills and experience will set you apart?
- Experience selling software, professional services, SaaS, or other technical offerings.
- A track record of success in selling products and services through high-value engagements.
- A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, we use Salesforce or other reporting tools.
- Understand how to navigate government procurement and commercial cycles
