Staff Accountant

• →Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time.
• →Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• →Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• →Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting as needed.
• →Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• →Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• →Assist with audits, tax filings, and special projects.
• →Analyze financial data and identify trends or issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
