At SimonMed Imaging, the Women’s Health Patient Navigator plays a key role in supporting patients through every step of their screening and follow-up process. This role focuses on education, coordination, and proactive outreach to ensure patients understand their care options and receive timely appointments and follow-up services.

This is a patient-facing, coordination-heavy role where communication, organization, and empathy directly impact patient experience and continuity of care. If you are passionate about women’s health and enjoy guiding patients through important healthcare decisions, this role offers meaningful, purpose-driven impact.

Patient education and advocacy mindset: You help patients understand women’s health screening options and support them in making informed decisions about their care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills: You engage patients with compassion, professionalism, and clarity throughout their screening and diagnostic journey.

Care coordination and follow-through: You review schedules, identify follow-up needs, and collaborate with providers and patients to ensure timely next steps.

Strong organizational skills: You manage multiple patient cases while maintaining accuracy, documentation quality, and attention to detail.

Collaborative approach: You work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated patient experience.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment: You balance competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and patient focus.

Purpose-driven patient impact: Your work directly improves access to women’s health screenings, early detection, and continuity of care.

Meaningful patient relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact supporting patients through important and sometimes sensitive healthcare decisions.

Cross-functional healthcare experience: Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, and administrative teams to coordinate end-to-end patient care.

Skill development in care coordination: Build expertise in patient navigation, scheduling workflows, and healthcare communication.

• High school diploma required (Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting required
• Women’s health experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling workflows
• Ability to maintain accuracy, empathy, and professionalism under pressure
• Strong commitment to patient education, support, and follow-through
