Forklift Operator - VAS, 1st Shift

Position Overview The Forklift Driver supports Value-Added Services (VAS) operations by safely moving, replenishing, storing, and retrieving inventory throughout the distribution center. This position requires experience operating material-handling equipment, using RF technology, and working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Use an RF device to process VAS inventory moves, replenishments, and put-away tasks. Safely operate Drexel, Turret, Order Selector, and Long John equipment. Pick and move full pallets accurately according to assigned labels and system instructions. Transport merchandise to designated locations within the facility. Verify product, quantity, and storage location to help maintain inventory accuracy. Follow all equipment safety rules, warehouse procedures, and company policies. Assist in other departments or work areas based on operational needs. Perform additional duties as assigned to support department workload. Qualifications and Requirements Experience using RF devices in a warehouse or distribution environment. Ability to safely operate Drexel, Turret, Order Selector, and Long John equipment. Forklift certification or the ability to successfully complete company-required equipment training. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Flexibility to work in different areas of the facility and perform a variety of assignments. Ability to work overtime as business needs require. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform the physical requirements of the position throughout the shift. Scheduled Work Hours: 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.Location: Riverside, New Jersey
