Responsibilities

- →Lead the development of RPA processes including process design, workflow building, exception handling, SLAs, and orchestration.
- →Work on end-to-end RPA delivery: from process identification, feasibility, design, build, test, deployment, to production support.
- →Integrate Blue Prism solutions with various enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, internal APIs, web services, databases) and external services.
- →Implement governance frameworks, version control/ALM practices, environment strategy, deployment automation and monitoring of bots.
- →Collaborate in Agile squads, engage with business stakeholders, run demos, facilitate UAT, and continuously improve delivery.
- →Mentor junior RPA developers, contribute to knowledge-sharing, best practices, and automation COE initiatives.
- →Explore and incorporate intelligent automation elements (e.g., OCR/IDP, AI-based decisioning, conversational bots) alongside RPA to elevate automation impact.
- You’ll shape high-impact solutions – delivering automation at scale across public and private sectors that significantly reduce manual effort and transform operation models.
- You’ll push the boundaries of RPA by working beyond “bots that simply mimic clicks” into integrated intelligent automation, analytics, and orchestration across platforms.
- You’ll design with experience in mind – partnering with UX/design teams, business stakeholders and technical architects to ensure the automation is robust and user-centric.
- You’ll work in a fast-growth, high-visibility practice – you’ll gain exposure to senior leadership, client executive sponsors and opportunities to drive thought leadership in our automation community.

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on Blue Prism RPA development (or similar RPA platform) in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism (process studio, control room, RPA architecture) and familiarity with building robust, scalable automation workflows.
- Integration experience with system APIs, web services, databases, ERP/CRM systems and handling exception/error management, logging, monitoring.
- Understanding of automation best practices, governance, ALM/DevOps for RPA, and environment strategy (dev/test/prod).
- Experience or exposure in using intelligent automation capabilities (e.g., OCR/IDP, document processing modules, decision intelligence) is a plus.
- Agile delivery experience – working in cross-functional squads, iterative delivery, engaging business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate business processes into automated workflows, excellent communication skills.
- Preferred: Blue Prism certification(s), knowledge of scripting or .NET (for advanced integrations) and familiarity with RPA COE frameworks.
