Responsibilities

- →Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration
- →Organize soft copies of employee records
- →Provide support in all government related claims submission
- →Employee onboarding and offboarding
Recruitment
- →Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles and industries
- →Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- →Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools
- →Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
Policies & Compliance
- →Ensure compliance to all government/statutory regulations under the Employment Act.
- →Update the Employee Handbook, HR policies and related procedures.
- →Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human requirements and conducting investigations
- →Support industry standards certifications ie ISO, DPTM, etc
Learning & Development
- →Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience
- →Organise company’s material learning and sharing
- →Coordinate and track employee trainings/certifications
Employee relationship
- →Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience
- →Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
- →Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relations
- →Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
- →Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety
Performance Management
- →Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
- →Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives
- →Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Requirements
~1 min read- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Likes to interact with all levels of people.
