The role requires coordination with production, quality, and design teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Managing and supervising the assembly process on the shop floor. Ensuring all products are assembled according to engineering drawings and specifications. Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of assembly targets. Identifying and resolving issues related to assembly processes and equipment. Coordinating with design and quality teams to ensure product compliance and improvements. Maintaining proper documentation of assembly procedures and reports. Implementing quality control measures to reduce defects and rework. Training and guiding technicians and assembly line workers. Ensuring adherence to safety standards and workplace regulations. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. 1 to 5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing operations (freshers with strong technical knowledge can also be considered). Skills Required: Strong understanding of assembly processes and manufacturing techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Knowledge of tools, machinery, and assembly line operations. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures. Good communication and team coordination skills. Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting tools.
