A dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Projects Sales is required to drive revenue growth in the building materials segment. The role involves managing key relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers while executing sales strategies to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the projects sales segment (construction and infrastructure). Promote and sell building materials such as Steel, TMT, Pipes, Glass, Paints, Tiles, etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Interior Designers. Execute field sales activities including site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Track ongoing construction projects and generate leads for material supply. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and order execution. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) Experience: 1 to 4 years in Building Materials Sales Minimum 2 years in Projects Sales Experience in products like Steel, TMT, Pipes, Glass, Paint, Tiles preferred Key Skills & Competencies Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to build and manage B2B client relationships Good understanding of construction and building materials industry Strong field sales and territory management experience Target-driven with a proactive approach Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
