Key Responsibilities Lead construction projects from planning through final handover. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Develop and monitor project schedules and milestone completion. Manage project budgets, costs, and resource utilization. Enforce site safety standards and regulatory compliance. Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to specifications. Resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with engineering teams. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. Required Skills Construction Management – Manage end-to-end project execution. Project Scheduling – Plan and track timelines effectively. Cost Control – Monitor budgets and optimize expenditures. Safety Compliance – Implement HSE standards and regulations. Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with clients, architects, and vendors. Preferred Skills Advanced project management software proficiency. Contract administration experience. Large-scale infrastructure project exposure. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess 8–10 years of construction management experience with a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and delivering projects within timelines is essential.
