Factory Manager

Role Summary Responsible for overseeing factory operations, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining efficiency, and achieving on-time shipments while meeting quality and profitability objectives. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely shipment achievement as per production schedules. Improve and maintain factory efficiency to support profitability goals. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, QA, and Embellishment teams. Monitor order forecasts, trims, accessories, fabric arrivals, patterns, and pre-production activities. Control production line input and output against daily production plans. Organize and lead pre-production meetings. Ensure shipment targets are achieved through daily production monitoring. Coordinate with Quality teams to reduce rejections and improve product quality. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Conduct finished goods inspections against quality standards. Negotiate contractor rates in coordination with the Costing Department.
