Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily production operations to achieve output targets. Develop production schedules and optimize resource utilization. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met. Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency. Supervise and mentor production supervisors and shop-floor teams. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments. Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions. Required Skills Production Planning – Managing schedules, capacity, and output targets. Manufacturing Operations – Driving efficient factory performance. Team Leadership – Supervising production teams and shift operations. Quality Control – Maintaining product and process quality standards. Process Improvement – Identifying and implementing productivity enhancements. Preferred Skills Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge ERP system exposure Cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives Work Experience Requirements Experience in manufacturing and production operations is typically required for this role. Candidates should have a strong background in factory management, workforce supervision, and production planning. Typical experience range for a Factory Manager role is 8–15 years in a manufacturing environment.
