  • As a Product Marketing Manager at SiteGround, you'll drive the success of our new innovative, in-house built products. You'll own the complete go-to-market strategy for your product(s), collaborating with world-class teams to shape how businesses grow online. Your work will directly impact product adoption, user acquisition, and the evolution of industry-leading solutions.
  • Deeply understand the product, its value proposition, and target customers to inform all marketing initiatives;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that build product awareness and drive user acquisition;
  • Create compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to multiple customer segments;
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide marketing strategy and roadmap planning;
  • Collaborate closely with product management, design, customer experience, and marketing teams;
  • Plan, optimize, and oversee product and feature launches to maximize adoption and sales;
  • Create and contribute to marketing campaigns that promote and upsell products to new and existing customers;
  • Develop product-led content strategy including case studies, demos, webinars, and educational resources;
  • Manage product communication across all touchpoints (in-product messaging, email journeys, sales materials);
  • Define and track key product metrics (activation rates, feature adoption, retention, LTV) and iterate based on data insights;
  • Own pricing and packaging strategy recommendations based on market research and customer feedback;
  • Serve as product champion at industry events, webinars, and other online or in-person events. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or another similar role, with a proven track record of successful product launches;
  • Demonstrated expertise in top-of-funnel marketing, customer acquisition, and product adoption strategies;
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development;
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to convey product value to diverse audiences;
  • Proven ability to track and improve key product metrics (activation, adoption, retention) while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Track record of delivering measurable results both independently and through cross-functional collaboration;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (hosting, domains, CMS) and AI tools;
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, website builders, or AI/ML products;
  • Experience with marketing digital products, software solutions, or subscription-based services;
  • Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing platforms;
  • Experience with freemium or trial-to-paid conversion optimization.
