- Position: CNO Engineer
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Onsite - Ft Meade, MD
- Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI & Poly (MUST HAVE)
- Travel: Up to 10%
SIXGEN supports missions by serving government and commercial organizations as they overcome global cybersecurity challenges. In this position, you’ll provide meaningful support to our customer’s missions and operations. You’ll work alongside a team of highly skilled operators who are dedicated to using innovative processes, tools, and techniques to get things done.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .Net environments
- →UNIX experience
- →Provide/author documentation and software readiness reviews
- →Design end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed
- →Debug software and troubleshoot issues
- →Provide/author and participate in technical presentations or assigned projects
Requirements
~1 min read- US Citizen with a US Government Security clearance and a Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years relevant experience
- 4+ years experience
- Strong Proficiency with C, C++, Python, Java, and/or Perl
- In depth understanding of OS internals
- In depth understanding of network protocols
- Knowledge of common CNO techniques
- Familiarity with modern software engineering techniques
