Head of Product (w/m/d)

Our goal is radical: rethink 1tn $ tax & accounting industry from the ground up, globally, in the age of AI – simpler, faster, and more transparent for clients and advisory teams alike.

While other firms battle manual processes, long turnaround times, and opaque communication, we are building an entirely new experience – digital, proactive, AI-powered.

We are an experienced founding team of firm managers and entrepreneurs with a track record of scaling businesses to 100m+ in revenue and €100M+ exits, and we are looking for ambitious people to help us build the leading advisory firm globally.

• Vision & Roadmap: You define the product vision and own the roadmap end-to-end – from strategic prioritization to measurable rollout.
• Lead Product Launches: You own the journey from idea to launch and deliver real measurable impact.
• Client Proximity: You run structured discovery with users – interviews, shadowing, feedback synthesis. You become the user’s voice inside the company and continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Design & UX: You hold a high visual bar. You review and edit components, and push back on anything that doesn’t meet the standard. The best tax UX feels invisible.
• Data-Driven Decisions: You define KPIs – Time-to-Filing, automation rate, client satisfaction, advisor efficiency – and steer every feature from data, not instinct.
• Frontier AI Work: You push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI and are at the forefront of how AI reshapes product work. Your unstoppable curiosity drives the impact of our product org.
• Company Leadership: You are the connective tissue between Clients, Engineering, Design, Tax Advisory and Founders. You set the product culture.

• Product Experience: 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Finance, Tax, or a comparably complex environment – with a proven track record from vision through execution to measurable success.
• AI Track Record: Proven track record of using AI in your daily work. You demonstrate that you leveraged aI you extended the And not just ChatGPT, but a demonstration of real AI-native workflows.
• Client Understanding: You build genuine empathy for both sides – the advisor under deadline pressure and the client who just wants certainty – and translate that into a magic product experience.
• Eye for Design: Figma fluency at the sketch-and-review level & excitement for Claude Design. You have strong opinions on good UI and a genuine enthusiasm for elegant, functional interfaces.
• AI Enthusiasm: You use AI products daily, you critique them, and you have clear views on where they’re heading – including hands-on familiarity with Claude Cowork/ Design/ Code or similar.
• Self-Implementation: You don’t wait to be unblocked. You prototype, test prompts, wire up integrations, and move things forward independently.
• Structured Thinking: MECE, first principles, hypothesis-driven. You reduce complexity to clear decisions, not slide decks.
• Communication: Excellent English (C2). German is a strong plus.
• Domain Background: Experience in Finance, Tax, Accounting, or adjacent domains is a strong plus – as is familiarity with accounting/finance software stacks
