What would your future role be👇🏼
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Own and evolve our brand narrative. Develop messaging frameworks that translate complex product features (e.g., Skello Intelligence) into clear customer benefits.
Operational Excellence: Streamline the creative production process. You will write clear briefs, manage the roadmap, and create efficient workflows to ensure campaigns ship on time and on brand.
Campaign Execution: Oversee day-to-day brand activations (product launches, events, digital ads) from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistency across channels.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the brand authority. You align Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a unified voice and visual identity.
Market Intelligence: Monitor the European landscape and competitor moves to identify opportunities for differentiation.
What we'd love to see in you😍
Experience: 3-5 years in Brand Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Tech.
Strategic & Operational: You are comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You can write a positioning doc in the morning and review ad copy in the afternoon.
Product-Centric: You understand that Brand serves the Product. You are obsessed with understanding what we build and why it matters to our customers.
Creative Judgment: You don't need to be a designer, but you have a strong eye. You can evaluate creative work, give actionable feedback, and push for quality.
Business Oriented: You connect brand work to business outcomes (pipeline, conversion, retention).
