Responsibilities:

Model DRAM fault mechanisms and characterize error behaviors.
Build software solutions for emulating error log collection and analysis workflows.
Leverage Information Theory to analyze DRAM field study data and improve reliability metrics.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong coding skills in C, C++, and Python.
Solid understanding of memory hierarchy, DRAM operations, and system architecture.
Familiarity with ECC (Error Correction Code) mechanisms and memory RAS features.
Basic knowledge of Information Theory (e.g., entropy, coding theory) and statistical analysis.

Eligible interns will receive a housing allowance during their internship.
