Responsibilities

- →To screen investor pitch decks and summarize introductory meetings/calls.
- →To identify new technology trends and develop investment theses in new opportunity areas.
Due diligence
- →To conduct market & competitive landscape analysis and build financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities under the guidance of investment director(s).
- →To support interviews with industry experts, key customers/ecosystem partners, and other investors.
- →To summarize key findings, draft investment proposals, and support approval and closing processes.
Portfolio management
- →To support progress update calls, board meetings and prepare quarterly financial updates
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking (or investment-related functions), management consulting, market research or semiconductor/data center infrastructure industries.
- Proven critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines
- Authorized to work in the US
