Healthcare Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be uploading medical records and insurance appeals to payer portals accurately and on time. This is an administrative position — no clinical background required. We will train you on our systems and portals.

• →Upload medical records and insurance appeals to payer portals
• →Organize and maintain digital files following HIPAA guidelines
• →Track submission statuses and report updates to the team
• →Perform accurate data entry into internal tracking systems
• →Flag errors, rejected submissions, or missing documents to your supervisor

• Minimum 1 year of data entry and administrative filing experience
• Comfortable navigating online portals and web-based platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Basic understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality
• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environment

• Experience with medical records or insurance documents
• Familiarity with Availity, NaviNet, or similar payer portals
• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office proficiency
