Coordination responsibilities:
Coordinate daily studio operations including but not limited to: ordering of office supplies, desk allocations for hybrid team members, mail outs, shared spaces, and vendor relationships.
Be the main operational partner for our five discipline-specific guilds and numerous clubs
Liaise with the building management, janitorial staff, and external contractors to properly execute the company's projects.
Support team logistics such as catered lunches, and other ad hoc administrative or coordination requests.
Lead Health and Safety team and programs, contributing to the maintenance of a safe, organized workplace.
Assist with planning and executing studio events, offering creative input and following through on assigned tasks.
Support Marketing with internal communications.
Be the internal point of contact between our corporate travel partner and our staff.
Reception/Administration responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the studio, handling general inquiries, service requests, greeting guests/employees, and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
Manage fob and building access provisioning, as well as employee and vehicle management.
Manage the internal ticketing system for internal tickets and building management issues
Process and track purchase orders, payments, and receipts.
3-5 years of experience in coordination, admin, facilities, operations, or project management in a modern, tech-forward environment.
A customer-centric, proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills for managing tasks, events, and studio-wide updates.
Comfortable communicating studio-wide information across multiple channels.
Familiar with Occupational Health and Safety, able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Already have or willing to get first aid certification.
Skilled in documentation and tools like Confluence and Google Suite.
Proven ability to plan and execute projects and events.
Comfortable with software and tools like space-planning platforms and ticketing systems (e.g., Service Desk, Fresh Service).
Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs.
Nice-to-haves:
First aid practical experience.
Familiarity or comprehension of facilities and building systems.
Experience with tools like Canva for marketing, events, or branding initiatives.
Experience in the games industry and/or a passion for games.
Remote event planning experience.
Familiarity with purchasing and budgets.

The base salary range is $60,000 to $82,000. The stated pay scale reflects the range that SkyBox Labs reasonably expects to pay for this position. Your base salary will be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills, and experience.
