Finance System Integration Analyst

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Systems Integration Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing operation of the Horizon Finance platform. This role will help coordinate integrations between outsourced service providers (OSPs), client accounting systems, and internal reporting platforms.

Working closely with the Portfolio Manager for Integrations, the successful candidate will support data onboarding, monitor integration progress, troubleshoot data issues, and help ensure financial data is accurately uploaded and processed within Horizon Finance.

The role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, and requires strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

• Assist with onboarding new outsourced service providers (OSPs) to the Horizon Finance platform.
• Coordinate the collection of financial data from external accounting systems.
• Support the mapping of charts of accounts between OSP systems and the Horizon Finance structure.
• Review uploaded financial data for completeness and accuracy.

• Assist in preparing and transforming financial datasets for upload into Horizon Finance.
• Perform quality checks on uploaded accounting data and bank statement files.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or formatting issues.
• Maintain documentation of data structures, mappings, and integration processes.

• Act as a point of contact for OSP integration queries and follow up on outstanding data requests.
• Track integration progress across multiple funds and service providers.
• Maintain integration timelines and task lists.
• Assist in organising training sessions and guidance materials for OSP users.

• Support reconciliation and validation of financial information within the platform.
• Assist in monitoring integration performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare internal updates on integration progress and key issues.

• Help identify opportunities to streamline data ingestion and automation processes.
• Assist in testing new system features and enhancements within Horizon Finance.
• Support the development of best practices for financial and operational data integration.

• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, data analysis, or financial systems integration.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple integration processes and data onboarding timelines simultaneously.
• Solid analytical skills with experience in data mapping, reconciliation, and troubleshooting financial data discrepancies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving technology environment.
