Social Media Personality & Trendsetter for Brand Representation

About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and outgoing Social Media Personality to be the face of Slash Staffing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts—with content focused on attracting remote workers. You'll help us grow a strong following among job seekers by creating educational, inspiring, and trend-based content about remote work, job openings, resume tips, and what it’s like working for U.S. companies. If you’re confident on camera, love connecting with people online, and know what content performs well in the Philippines and LATAM markets—you could be a perfect fit. What You’ll Do: Be the on-camera spokesperson and personality for Slash Staffing’s social content Create short-form videos that speak directly to job seekers about new roles, hiring tips, and what makes working with us unique Post regularly on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Build trust and engagement with followers—especially remote workers Use trending sounds, challenges, and formats to boost reach while keeping content aligned with our brand Feature real success stories from candidates we've placed Collaborate with our team to keep the content pipeline relevant and impactful Ideal Candidate: Confident, friendly, and great at speaking directly to an audience Strong understanding of what appeals to remote workers in the Philippines and Latin America Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Facebook—especially how to attract engagement Experience creating or appearing in video content (portfolio links welcome) Bonus: knowledge of remote work culture, recruiting, or the BPO/VA industry Able to edit basic videos using apps like CapCut, VN, or native tools Why Join Slash Staffing: Flexible, remote work with room for creativity Be a part of helping people land life-changing remote jobs Paid opportunities with potential for long-term collaboration Work with a passionate team making a real impact across borders
