The Project Services Manager is responsible for leading project services team in all aspects of projects to ensure excellence in execution.
* Ensure safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables.
* Manage daily activities and schedule of project team members.
* Advise management on contractual and business matters related to projects and subcontractors.
* Ensure Schlumberger change leadership framework is used for change management and controls.
* Participate in recruiting, talent management and mentoring of project team.
* Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
* Assist with preparation of the final project close-out report.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the United States without sponsorship.
