Senior Quality Analyst – Salesforce (Digital Technology)

• Develop and execute risk-based testing for Salesforce enhancements, production fixes, and integrations.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, custom functionality, and user permissions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across Salesforce applications.

• Test customer-facing digital experiences integrated with Salesforce, including policy administration, billing, document management, identity management, and other enterprise applications.
• Validate APIs, middleware, and system integrations to ensure accurate data flow and business processing.
• Analyze defects, data, configurations, and system behavior to identify quality risks and support resolution.

• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate expected outcomes.
• Communicate testing progress, quality risks, and release recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement by enhancing regression coverage, documentation, and testing practices.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of hands-on software quality assurance experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom applications, workflows, and integrations required
• Experience with Property & Casualty insurance systems, products, or operations preferred
• Experience performing end-to-end testing across multiple integrated enterprise systems.
• Experience using test management tools (ADO preferred).
• Experience validating APIs, integrations, data quality, and system interfaces.
• Experience supporting Agile software delivery.
• Software testing certification (ISTQB or comparable) preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
