Como Customer Success Associate en nuestro equipo de Global Strategic Accounts, desempeñarás un papel clave ayudando a los clientes más grandes e innovadores de Smartly a ejecutar, optimizar y escalar campañas en medios de paid social y programmatic.

Trabajarás de forma práctica con la tecnología de creatividad y automatización de Smartly para ofrecer excelencia operativa—configurando campañas, creando reportes, resolviendo problemas de integraciones y promoviendo la adopción de nuestra plataforma. Este rol combina la resolución analítica de problemas con la ejecución diaria para garantizar que los clientes logren resultados medibles y éxito a largo plazo.

  • Colaborarás con Customer Success Managers y líderes de GSA para ofrecer excelencia estratégica y operativa en cuentas empresariales.
  • Apoyarás en la incorporación de clientes (onboarding), sesiones de capacitación y revisiones trimestrales de negocio para impulsar la adopción y retención de la plataforma.
  • Actuarás como socio de confianza al comprender los objetivos del cliente, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y alinear las soluciones de Smartly con resultados de negocio.
  • Gestionarás la configuración integral de campañas, optimización y seguimiento de desempeño en plataformas como Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, DV360, Google Ads y The Trade Desk.
  • Realizarás análisis de campañas y proporcionarás insights accionables y recomendaciones a clientes y equipos internos.
  • Construirás y mantendrás dashboards de desempeño y marcos de reporting, asegurando la precisión y visibilidad de los datos.
  • Desarrollarás experiencia profunda en las herramientas de creatividad, automatización e integración de datos de Smartly para ofrecer una ejecución de alta calidad y soporte consultivo.
  • Colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos de Producto e Ingeniería para transmitir retroalimentación de clientes e influir en el desarrollo futuro.
  • Contribuirás a la documentación de mejores prácticas, mejoras de flujos de trabajo y oportunidades de automatización para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Tenga entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en publicidad digital, operaciones de medios, customer success o analítica de marketing, idealmente en agencias, SaaS o ad tech.
  • Cuente con experiencia comprobada ejecutando, optimizando y analizando campañas de medios pagados en redes sociales (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit) y/o plataformas programáticas (DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads).
  • Posea sólidas habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y presentación, con dominio de Excel, PowerPoint u otras herramientas de inteligencia de negocios y visualización de datos para transformar datos en insights, acciones e historias impactantes para clientes.
  • Tenga excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples flujos de trabajo y stakeholders en equipos globales.
  • Cuente con mentalidad de crecimiento—curioso/a, proactivo/a y con interés en desarrollar experiencia en múltiples ecosistemas digitales.
  • Tenga disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de CDMX para dar soporte a cuentas globales basadas en Estados Unidos.

Are you passionate about helping global advertisers achieve success across today’s evolving digital landscape?

As a Customer Success Associate on our Global Strategic Accounts team, you’ll play a critical role in helping Smartly’s largest and most innovative customers execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across paid social and programmatic media.

You’ll work hands-on with Smartly’s creative and automation technology to deliver operational excellence—setting up campaigns, building reports, troubleshooting integrations, and driving adoption of our platform. This role combines analytical problem-solving with day-to-day execution to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success.

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and GSA Leads to deliver strategic and operational excellence for enterprise customer accounts.
  • Support customer onboarding, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews to drive platform adoption and retention.
  • Act as a trusted partner by understanding customer goals, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping align Smartly solutions to business outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, DV360, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk.
  • Conduct campaign analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
  • Develop deep expertise in Smartly’s creative, automation, and data integration tools to deliver high-quality execution and consultative support.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence future development.
  • Contribute to the documentation of best practices, workflow improvements, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency across accounts.
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics, ideally within an agency, SaaS, or ad tech environment.
  • Have proven ability to execute, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns across social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit) and/or programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads).
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or other business intelligence and visualization tools to translate campaign data into insights, actions, and impactful customer storytelling.
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across global teams.
  • Have a growth mindset - curious, proactive, and eager to deepen your expertise across multiple digital ecosystems.
  • Are able to work CDMX hours to support our US based global accounts.
