Your Role: Hands-On, Impactful, and Fast-Paced

As a Senior Consultant, you will provide hands-on support to project managers across the office, helping them manage project setup, billing, invoicing, and other day-to-day project needs. Working approximately one to two days per week to start, you will use your experience and familiarity with AEC360 to help keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward.

What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day support to project managers across the office
• Assist with project setup, maintenance, and coordination in AEC360
• Help facilitate timely and accurate project billing and invoicing
• Monitor project details and follow up on information needed to keep projects progressing
• Apply your experience and institutional knowledge to help manage the office's overall project workload

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or similar technical field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive professional experience
