Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Nurture SmithRx relationships with key contacts in the Health Plan and TPA communities to drive strong partnerships and increase understanding of our capabilities.
- →Drive opportunity growth through the Health Plan and TPA channels.
- →Effectively collaborate with members of cross-functional teams: Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Marketing.
- →Ensure our work is informed by market influencers and payer-specific needs.
- →Brainstorm and develop creative ways for partner enablement
- →Facilitate meetings with partners to drive excitement about our value proposition.
- →Assist with responses to partner-sourced RFPs.
- →Travel 10-15% based on season and business need.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →3-5+ years of experience with Bachelor’s.
- →1-3+ years of experience with Masters Degree.
- →PBM or Health Plan experience specifically working with payers, TPAs, or brokers preferred but not required.
- →Partnerships or relationship development in a growth health tech environment is a bonus.
- →Working knowledge of PBM pricing and underwriting.
- →Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
- →Ability to quickly understand complex internal processes and needs.
- →Excellent poise, presentation skills, and strong writing skills.
- →Adept at social selling and professional networking.
