Responsibilities

→ Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, following company standards
→ Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency
→ Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert advice and addressing questions
→ Maintain accurate project records and documentation
→ Ensure company tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained
→ Serve as a key contact for customers, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout each job
→ Collaborate with your team to meet project timelines and quality expectations
→ Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus)
Must pass a background check and random drug tests
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
