IT Filiere is part of the Centre and comprises four Perimeters: Retail Banking, Security and Infrastructure, Internal Support Applications and Investment Banking, with a total of more than 800 IT professionals.
Responsibilities

· Leading and overseeing Société Générale Assurances’ major security programs and projects;
· Managing local and ad hoc initiatives;
· Leading and coordinating security incidents requiring management at the CISO (RSSI) level;
· Organizing strategic, business, and IT security committees (planning, preparation of presentation materials, and drafting meeting minutes);
· Managing the production of security and IT dashboards and reporting;
· Driving and monitoring security action plans;
· Contribute through actions and proposals to the continuous improvement of information systems security within the Sogecap Group, in alignment with the entity’s strategy and the broader Société Générale Group security strategy.
· 3-5 years’ experience in IT security environment;
· Fluent in French and English;
· Good knowledge of Information Security;
· Good command of Microsoft Office;
· Understanding of Risk assessment;
· Proven experience in risk analysis and third-party security processing;
· High level of attention to detail and ability to retrieve and work with information from different tools and applications;
· Fast and independent learner, able to work both with and without fixed procedures;
· Communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and share knowledge within the team;
· Adaptability skills to deal with different situations (different topics, different stakeholders, different IT applications);
· ISO27001 / ISO27005 knowledge would be a plus;
· Team spirit and confidentiality skills.
