Maintain the central portfolio for a dedicated domain. Ensure all projects are properly initiated (opportunity study, scoping, business case, approvals, etc.). Track progress, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Consolidate updates from project managers & report monthly. Ensure data accuracy across budget, timelines, and risks.
Produce regular portfolio reports (monthly). Build and maintain dashboards (status, risks, financials, KPIs). Highlight deviations such as delays or cost overruns. Prepare governance materials and provide actionable insights.
Track project budgets vs actuals. Monitor forecasts and identify budget deviations. Support financial accuracy and contribute to budget planning cycles.
Monitor resource allocation. Identify capacity constraints and support staffing decisions.
Consolidate portfolio risks and issues. Track mitigation actions and escalate when necessary.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards and tools. Organize governance meetings and track decisions and actions.
Support project managers with planning, reporting, and financial tracking. Provide templates and operational guidance.
3-8 years experience in PMO or project management in IT, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, and structured mindset.
Accurate portfolio data, timely reporting, risk anticipation, efficient governance, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.
