Specialist Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5-7 Years of Experience who enjoys working across the full stack and brings a strong AI-first mindset to how software is designed and delivered. This role sits within our Information & Security Risks department, so you’ll work closely with teams focused on secure design, resilient systems, and enterprise-scale platforms.

If you enjoy solving problems end‑to‑end, love working with a mix of technologies, and are comfortable operating in Linux-based environments, you’ll feel right at home here.

• →Build and maintain full‑stack applications using .NET, Python, and React.
• →Apply an AI‑driven approach to solution design, automation, and feature development.
• →Work confidently in Linux environments—from development to debugging to production.
• →Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable deployments.
• →Architect and maintain cloud‑based solutions using Azure.
• →Deploy and manage microservices and workloads on Kubernetes (K8s).
• →Collaborate closely with teams across engineering, cloud, security, and infrastructure.
• →Troubleshoot complex, cross‑layer issues across applications, infrastructure, and cloud.

Mentor junior engineers and help elevate engineering standards across the team

What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
•    Strong experience with .NET (Core/6+) for backend services.
•    Solid hands on experience with Python for backend services, automation, or AI related work.
•    Strong frontend development skills with React (modern hooks and patterns).
•    Very good understanding of Linux, shell scripting, and system fundamentals.
•    Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
•    Good working knowledge of Azure services (App Service, AKS, Functions, Storage, etc.).
•    Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
•    Solid understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Application Insights.
•    Added advantage: experience with NAS, CIFS, NFS protocols and enterprise storage systems.
•    Added advantage: exposure to Cybersecurity principles, secure coding, and risk aware design (role is within Information & Security Risks).
