We are seeking a skilled and passionate Housekeeping Attendant to join the team. You’ll have at least 2 years of experience in busy, high profile hotel operations and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing areas
  • Ensure all linens, towels and amenities are presented perfectly and replaced as needed
  • Personalise the member’s experience by adhering to Soho House standards for room setup and ambiance, including specific arrangements for lightning, amenities, and signature scents 
  • Sanitize bathrooms, including cleaning sinks, toilets, showers and mirrors
  • Stock and arrange toiletries according to Soho House guidelines
  • Collect, wash, dry, fold and return clothing items exclusively for member guests
  • Report any repairs or maintenance needs to responsible manager ensuring we uphold exceptional service standards
  • Ensure all areas are presentable and meet House standards
  • Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with Members
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality
  • Can do attitude
  • Previous experience within hospitality
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Attention to detail and a structured way of working
  • Good English language skills
