Asst. Mgr, Copywriter

Position Summary: Responsible for creating compelling headlines, body copy, and other written content for digital and non-digital communications, including resort collateral. The role requires strong expertise in copywriting, storytelling, audience targeting, and messaging strategy to support overall marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop engaging and brand-aligned content across various channels and formats. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to create relevant and impactful copy. Participate in creative development, providing input to enhance communications. Proofread, edit, and ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards. Manage multiple copywriting projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Maintain and evolve cohesive brand voice and style across communications. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field. 10+ years of copywriting experience with a strong, diverse portfolio. Expertise in writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and messaging strategy. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt writing style to brand guidelines and project objectives. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changes and new skills.
