Hostess

Responsible for organizing, coordinating and planning of the restaurant reservations. Welcoming, assisting and providing high quality service to guest at all times. Completing all opening, closing and hygiene checklists. Respond to all guest inquiries received via email and SMS. Taking guest food and drink orders according to operational standards, ensuring accuracy of items ordered and guest preferences when communicated, and up-selling whenever possible. Print menus for the restaurant including special artwork requests from guests. Ensure all promotional collaterals are up to date, such as LED display, website, bill talkers and table talkers. Memorize the menu, daily specials and monthly promotions. Escort guess to their preferred or allocated table. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in F&B in a 5-Star establishment Preferably with previous experience as an F&B/Restaurant/Outlet Receptionist Must have good English communication skills (written/verbal) Detail oriented, excellent organization and communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros, Avero & Netview point, MizziSoft
